Vintage, Antique Brunswick Billiards 8′ Centennial Pool Table
Very rare in the pro 8 size and this was a very early version. Takes up less room and is more player friendly for recreational players. Real rosewood rails and base with polished aluminum cast pockets and sideboards. Mid century modern art deco style this is one of the most popular tables ever made by Brunswick. Never really went out of style since first being introduced in 1945 on the 100th anniversary of the Brunswick Corp. This is an early version with rosewood rails. Later, up until the late 50’s they made this table for pool halls and fraternal lodges and used formica on the rails because the rosewood was becoming so scarce and expensive. All restored to better than new. Getting harder and harder to find as the mid century modern craze ramps up demand. Depends on arrangements and where you live if you want it delivered. Don’t be confused. I have 2 of these and only 1 in my possession at the moment. The other one is being listed on consignment.
