1950 Brunswick Anniversary Carom Table 5×10, retro heat system incl, Make Offer
For sale is a 1950 Brunswick Anniversary Carom Table, 5×10. Truly it breaks my heart to sell it the table is so beautiful , however I need the room. Pictures show it all, cast aluminum corners, brass leg wrapping is a little chewed up but serviceable. Rails walnut and mahogany still in great shape also, I tried to picture the worst chipping and the best section as a comparison in the close ups. For a nearly 80 year old table its in overall great shape. Rails were redone with Artemis rubber and currently covered with Royal Pro as is the bed cloth, both are about 9 months old. The heat system was copied from Paul Frankels design at the Expo using plywood and a ceramic or stone floor heating system. Works much better than i expected and definitely heats the slate although please Be Aware that heating these old tables with the wooden sub frames and cross pieces is not the same as a modern Euro table and I will not guarantee or attempt to state the efficacy of my own home made rig. It comes with the table you can use it or not lol. No reasonable offer refused.
