Only One on the Internet . Legendary Brunswick Gold Crown Coin-Op Set of Balls. Condition is vintage, like NEW OLD STOCK : VG+. The Brunswick Gold Crown balls were manufactered from 1968 to 1982. These ones are from the early 70s. For connoiseurs, collectors and fans of vintage billiards parts & accessories. These balls are the legendary Brunswick Gold Crown balls accompanied with a slightly bigger Cue ball to be separated in the ball return system. The cue ball is 2 3/8″ which is 2.34″ or 59.5mm. The other 15 balls are standard regulation 2 1/4″ balls which is 2.25″ or 57.2mm. If you have a vintage coin-op table which uses this system Brunswick, AMF… , these balls are a MUST for you as they are like NOS (VG+). Of course, If you have a regular table, you can play with them as the cue ball is just 2mm wider in diameter and all the other 15 balls standard size. Anyway, these balls are going to give your table a fantastic vintage look and personality. As you can see on my pic the white in the balls is slighty ivory/yellowed which gives a fantastic vintage look. This is normal for an almost 50 years set of balls. The 1-ball is more of a light/caramel hue than a standard 1-ball yellow as you can see, but to be honnest it gives the set a certain character. The 5-balls is really orange, the pictures did not gave it justice, I do not know why. Anyway, no plastic/cheap look, here is the real vintage deal. The coating on the balls is hyper shiny as you can see the reflections in them on my pictures, really really mirror like sharp.. Take a look at the darker solid balls like the 8th, the 2nd or the 6th for eg. The mirror shine is to compare to modern out of the box brand new shine balls. If you look well you might see me taking the pic in them, though from a 2 feet distance, that is to say! This helps you finding perfectly your aiming spot whilst aligning your next shot..
