Get vendio gallery – now free! Rare – eight replacement hole covers. Some of these sizes are extremely hard to be replaced. These cover (push into) the bolt or screw holes of the cushions, and when recovering a table, some may snap when removed, or perhaps even be missing from the start. They are made from timber on the lathe. (maybe pine / kwilla / meranti). Generally, perhaps, the larger the table, the larger the “plug” needed. Largest size is 25mm (one inch) 10mm thick, “coved” to the edges, appprox 4mm thick at the edge with another 4mm depth of the plug into the hole. The smaller sizes have the similar shape (but obviously not same sizes). Please select (and ask for when purchasing). The size variations are shown below, and they are the size of the hole on the cushion, there is a lip as well. A: 25mm (1 = 1 inch) hole (this is the inside diam of the hole). B: 19mm (3/4) hole. C: 16mm (5/8) hole. D: 13mm (1/2) hole. E: (new) for a 3/8 hole. We also have many other “odd” sizes, and some are the result of many years of recovering tables, where we had to enlarge the hole size in the cushions because the original plug / cover size was not available, so we took away the remaining few original “odd-ball” sizes (including plastic) and inserted the new (larger) size. We have come across bits & pieces so many times!!! Just ask, we may (or may not) have the exact item for the older tables, that also includes brackets and empire rail parts. You can re-size as well, and bring the hole to a “modern size” instead of staying with the traditional sizes. The outside diam of the plugs are 4mm larger. There is generally a 2mm lip.
