This is a new Valley pool table. This is the Panther 93 version with black felt. The slate is fine underneath the felt. The felt needs to replaced. Came with black felt on it. There are a couple of minor bumps on the wood that will not be very visible when the table is in use. See the pictures to see the small issues. Comes with a full set of balls, chalk and 4 cues. 18, 19, 20 and 21 ounce cue sticks. This is a complete new package that has not been installed or used. The coin mechanism has not been used at all.
