1996 Brunswick Medalist Pool Table (4′x8′)
Absolutely GORGEOUS 4′ x 8′ Brunswick Medalist pool table! Most Gold Crowns, Medalists, Centennials, Anniversary, and Sport King Brunswicks were produced in the 9′ variant because they predominately went to pool halls. This means that 8′ versions (like this one) are rather rare. The 2022 version of this table does not exist. The Gold Crown is a step above the Medalist. The Black Wolf Pro is a large step below the Medalist. This table features all Philipino Mahogany construction throughout. Rails, aprons, corner miters, frame, and ball box are all Mahogany. Legs are a combination of cabinet-grade Mahogany plywood and solid Mahogany. Rail end miters are cast metal and plated in a brushed copper finish. I have been doing service work on pool tables in the New Orleans area for the past 30 years. And, those of you who watch YouTube videos about pool tables will probably recognize me as “Billiards of New Orleans”. They will instantly be rejected.
