Brunswick Pool Table Challenge Brunswick Blake Collender Antique
Good day all, I have what looks to be a 1896 manufactured Brunswick Blake Collender Billiard / Pool table. The table was in the 1911 catalog as can be found at the Brunswick Website. From there you can find a list all of their antique tables. The table for sale is named: Challenge. If you are looking to restore a table, this may be just what you are looking for. Except for the 6 replaced pockets, it appears that all of the original manufactured parts to the table are present. There are flaws to the wood working: the tables legs are missing veneer, the wood surrounding the table does have scratches/ dents, many of the inlay ball placement diamond are missing. The table is currently all set up and is usable in its current condition. Playing surface is 46 1/2″ x 92 1/2″ bumper to bumper. Overall table length is 55 1/4″ x 101″. My understanding is that the slate on this table is 3 or 4 four pieces and they are VERY thick and VERY heavy.
